A Note from the Director

We are truly grateful that you are considering our exceptional preschool program. Our team is dedicated to providing a caring and supportive environment for both our students and their families.

Allow me to introduce myself: my name is Karla Bonilla. I am a wife, a mother of three, and I am blessed to be a grandmother to an adorable little grandson. It is a privilege for me to serve in this ministerial educational role. My journey in ministry began in my youth, particularly within children's ministry, and since our marriage in 1996, I have had the honor of serving alongside my husband as a pastor’s wife.

It is a joy for me to serve as the Preschool Director and as a teacher for our youngest learners. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Food Administration from California State University, Long Beach, in 1995. I also gained valuable experience working as a Health Educator with families and young children in Riverside County’s WIC Program. Since joining Calvary Christian School in 2010, I have furthered my education by completing my Early Education Certification in 2015. For the past several years, I have had the privilege of leading the K3 and K4 programs, and I also serve as the lead teacher for the K3 program. I  look forward to serving you here at Calvary Christian Preschool!
