At Calvary Christian School we stive for excellence in academics in a caring Christian environment. Our school is fully accredited through the Western Asccociation of Schools and Colleges. Historically, students average above the national norms on achievement tests. The academic curriculum used is A Beka Book. A Beka Book is a Christian based curriculum that is proven to work. A Beka Book strives for academic integrity, content research, trial testing, and ongoing evaluation to provide the very best in Christian education. Students at CCS will be taught by teachers that will excite and challenge them!
Calvary Christian School is a ministry of Mountain Avenue Baptist Church. Mountain Avenue Baptist has been in the Pass area for nearly 60 years. If you would like more information about the church we encourage you to go to our website or stop in for a visit. We have services on Sundays at 10:45AM & 5:30PM. We also have a mid week service on Wednesday nights at 7.

ATHLETICS
Athletics at Calvary Christian School is an opportunity for our students to grow physically as well as learn important leadership skills. We offer a variety of different sports throughout the year. We have girls basketball and volleyball and guys flag football and basketball. Each team is coached by a knowledgeable and loving coach who will be a mentor and example in
Christian character.
We are a part of the CBAL athletic league. The league is comprised of small Christian schools in the surrounding areas.
